Yoga and Natural Movement
Yoga and natural movement class
This class combines the breathing and postural movements of yoga together with natural movement techniques that we evolved to be able to perform as part of the human species.
Classes will involve practising yoga postural and breathing techniques that develop strength, balance, mobility, and mental and emotional well being. I will also teach fundamental natural movement skills such as lifting, balancing, carrying, sitting and jumping which have direct practical application in our daily lives.
Group A and Group B (when available) are the same class, just different times.
Anyone! So long as you are willing to try, and to make time in your schedules for regular practice.
