Celebrate Spring with yoga and hiking farmhouse stay 12-13 May 2018
Welcome to yoga with yonnie
I offer a simple space in the city where people can come together to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies and ourselves. We are an an inclusive community where people of all ages, body shapes, abilities and experience levels can be safe and welcomed.
My practice, understanding and teaching is ever evolving. But my values have remained the same since the beginning. You'll always find:
Integrity: small classes of 6 students or less. Because small details matter. Because yoga is best taught personally, not generally.
Safety: Each person is different and complex. Each of us have different needs and abilities. I do my best to teach accordingly.
Intimacy: the best learning experiences take place in the context of relationships. I take the time to understand how you breathe, to know your strengths and weakness. From there, I work with you towards your goals whatever that might be.
Credibility: I trained extensively with yoga therapists that are also medical professionals in Australia and India. I also regularly work with people referred by Beijing hospitals.
